"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

This is the British ECBA, it is a lightweight flak armour system using soft armour to protect the wearer from shrapnel, it also utilises 2 ceramic ballistic plates which slide into a pocket on the back and one on the left side chest to protect the heart from small arms fire. It was fazed out of use in 2003 and completely replaced by the "Osprey" system in 2006.
